We have used Luís Faustino of Unique Build to build two contemporary homes for us in the Algarve. There were some unforeseen difficulties with the first build using another main contractor and luckily we were introduced to Luis who came onboard and delivered to us a beautiful house on budget and on schedule despite all the difficulties caused by the original building company.

We had absolutely no hesitation in buying another property built by Unique Build and once again it has been a great experience to work with Luis who will always give that bit extra to please the client. He pays very close attention to small details which are what set certain contemporary builds apart from others.

We're sure this won't be our last house here and will most certainly be asking Unique Build to carry out any future projects for us knowing it will be a stress free process and a very high quality product whether new build or refurbishment.
